Therapeutic Massage |
The sense of touch is a
powerful & highly sensitive form of communication. The series of light & firm
alternating pressures used in massage can be both stimulating & relaxing for mind,
body & spirit. This form of massage can be combined with the Reiki healing, helping to
release stress & anxiety as well as relieving pain from aching muscles. |
Indian Head Massage |
This form of massage is part
of the Indian Ayurvedic healing system. The head neck and shoulders are important energy
centres within the body.Tension is concentrated around acupressure points. During this
form of massage, finger pressure is applied to the acupressure points, enabling the muscle
fibres to relax. Once the tension is massaged out of these areas, the person is left
feeling energised and relaxed. |
