If you are interested in learning Tai Chi, it is possible to book a 1 or 2 day course to learn the basics & the Beginners form.

It is also possible to book 2 hour sessions for small groups  to learn this easy method of relaxation & muscle strengthening .

Reiki Courses - All Levels - 1 -1 or small groups 

Reiki Level 1 course = 1 day includes certificate. 

Reiki Level 2 Course  - Increases the effects of Reiki by Learning the Japanese  symbols , - to suit the individual,  case studies will be required. 

Master Practitioner Level Training available, usually for people who have trained at Little Haven in previous levels.
